Flow classification parameters for any vSwitch performance tests should be extended to include: the input port, the source IP address, the destination IP address and the Ethernet protocol type field.

This involves extending the flow matching parameters in any rules installed on the vswitch (for all deployment scenarios) from just matching inport and outport to matching the fields specified above.

Should be a configuration option in the test case.
