It is necessary to create a set of functional testcases to validate the Custom Statistics support by OVS.

The set should show that DPDK Custom Statistics are exposed to VSPERF and that they can be accessed.

These statistics include for example rx_missed_errors, rx_errors,
tx_errors, rx_mbuf_allocation_errors, rx_crc_errors.
