After the latest change in OvS-DPDK about the Arbitrary Port naming feature we need to updated VSPERF as well.
Now when adding a dpdk type port, a new parameter is needed in order to specify the PCI address. That is accomplished by the new dpdk-devargs option, as an example like so:

ovs-vsctl add-port br0 my-port;
ovs-vsctl set Interface my-port type=dpdk options:dpdk-devargs=0000:06:00.3
