Currently, the TestCenter server access requires installation of client software locally, which may not provide necessary flexibility in some cases. With this addition, the testCenter Server can be access over its HTTP interface, without the need for a client-software locally.

The new scripts that will be added, will make use of the stcrestclient package, which provides the stchttp.py ReST API wrapper module. This allows simple function-calls that are identical to those provided by StcPython.py, and to be used to access TestCenter server sessions via the STC ReST API.

Following additions will be made:
1. New scripts will be added that plugs in with existing code seamlessly.
2. User will have flexibility to run testcenter either with 'local client software installation' or using the remote STC-HTTP interface.
3. The new scripts will have the 'rest' keyword in their names.
4. Add support for RFC2544 - backtoback, Latency and Frameloss tests
