Investigate if Tinkerbell (https://tinkerbell.org/) could be an alternative to the existing HW provisioning tool.

As the tool is developed and maintained by Equinix Metal, it might be able to unify the deployment process across both currently supported platforms (bare-metal and Equinix Metal). Currently Equinix Metal servers must be pre-provisioned before running the Kuberef framework (only deploys K8s)
