The dpdkstats and dpdkevents plugins have been superceeded by the dpdk_telemetry plugin.
The dpdkstats and dpdkevents plugins are disabled by default in one-click install.
These plugins required dpdk at compile time, the dpdk_telemetry plugin only requires libjansson at compiletime.
DPDK is moving towards a socket-based telemetery system, incompatible with dpdkstats and dpdkevents.
Compatibility of dpdkstat/dpdkevents and DPDK 20.11 is unknown, however, dpdk_telemetry is compatible

It makes sense to remove these plugins in Barometer, in favour of the alternative dpdk_telemetry
