There's a new ansible role for generating collectd configs: http://github.com/infrawatch/collectd-config-ansible-role

This would simplify the config generation playbook, and remove the templates that are in the role, which are duplicates of the sample configs. This change would make adding new plugin config easier.

As well as ansible updates, the following updates are needed too:

• update docs to add info on generating configs
• Consoldate the sample configs into a single location.
• Update docs to do an include of the sample configs files, instead of duplicating them

These changes will reduce the overall duplication in the repo, and make updating the reference configs easier.
